The T&S Brass B-7232-U05WS8TC is a comprehensive industrial washdown station designed for maximum utility and professional organization. This system features a 35' Open Epoxy Coated Hose Reel housed in a heavy-duty Stainless Steel Surface Mount Cabinet with top inlets. It is equipped with a Mixing Valve featuring Cerama Cartridges for precise temperature control and a vacuum breaker for backflow protection. The system includes an EasyInstall stainless steel swing bracket, allowing for a 180-degree pivot to provide full coverage in commercial kitchens and industrial bays.
Technician’s Note: The top inlet configuration is ideal for supply lines coming from the ceiling. Surface mount cabinets protect the hardware while keeping it accessible for service. Ceramas cartridges provide smooth, long-life operation resistant to the mineral buildup common in high-heat systems. Anchor the cabinet into structural wall studs to handle the weight and torque of the 35' pressurized line.
