The T&S Brass B-7143-U06WS2C is a comprehensive, high-capacity washdown system designed for the most demanding industrial facilities. This system features a 50-foot open stainless steel hose reel paired with an MV Water Gun for high-velocity cleaning. The assembly includes a Mixing Valve with Ceramas cartridges for precise temperature control and Dual Check Valves to prevent water cross-flow. Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, it is the premier choice for food processing plants and massive stadium sculleries.
Technician’s Note: The 1/2" ID hose provides significantly higher volume than standard 3/8" models. The Ceramas cartridges offer a lifetime of leak-free performance even with hard water. During installation, anchor the 50' reel manifold to structural framing to handle the high torque of a fully extended hose. Dual check valves are a critical safety feature to protect building water temperature stability.
