The T&S Brass B-7142-05 Open Hose Reel is designed for high-volume washdown in professional facilities where operator ergonomics are prioritized. Featuring a 304 stainless steel reel and 50 feet of hose, this unit is equipped with a high-velocity Front-Trigger Water Gun. The front-trigger design allows for natural hand-positioning, significantly reducing fatigue during long washdown shifts in breweries, processing plants, and stadium kitchens. Built with an industrial-grade spring for a lifetime of smooth, automatic retraction.
Technician’s Note: The 304 stainless steel reel is non-porous and highly resistant to grease and aggressive sanitation chemicals. During installation, anchor the multi-fit base securely to a structural wall or ceiling member. Periodically lubricate the hose guide rollers with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement and prevents premature hose cover wear. Ensure building supply pressure is 60-80 PSI for peak rinsing performance.
