The T&S Brass B-7122-C05 Enclosed Hose Reel is a premium washdown tool designed for ergonomics and durability in harsh professional environments. This unit features an enclosed 304 stainless steel reel equipped with 30 feet of hose and a high-velocity Front-Trigger Water Gun. The front-trigger design reduces operator hand fatigue during extended cleaning shifts, while the protective shroud ensures the internal spring mechanism remains free from grease, dust, and moisture. Built for the extreme rigors of processing plants and stadium sculleries.
Technician’s Note: The enclosed shroud is essential for maintaining mechanical reliability in high-debris areas. Periodically check the water gun’s front seal for wear; the trigger mechanism should be cleaned and lubricated yearly. Anchor the reel manifold to structural framing at four points to handle the torque of a pressurized hose. The stainless steel finish provides superior resistance to aggressive sanitizers.
