Grain Millers Flaked White Wheat is a premium, pre-gelatinized brewing adjunct that can be added directly to the mash without a separate cereal cook. It provides a clean, wheaty flavor and enhances the creamy mouthfeel of Belgian Witbiers, Hefeweizens, and Hazy IPAs. With high protein content, it is exceptional for improving head retention and building a stable, rocky foam. This 50 lb bulk bag is the most economical choice for production breweries.

Brewery Mash Tip: Use flaked wheat at 10-40% of the total grist. Because flaked grains lack a husk, adding rice hulls to your mash can help ensures a smooth sparge and prevents a stuck mash. Mash at 150-152°F (65-66°C) for the best balance of sugar extraction and mouthfeel. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
