The T&S Brass HG-4D-24K is the standard for short-run commercial gas appliance installation. This 24" kit features a 3/4" NPT diameter and is equipped with male/male couplings for versatile attachment to standard gas manifolds. The integrated high-flow quick disconnect allows for rapid equipment detachment during maintenance, while the multi-layered reinforced stainless steel core provides industrial-grade durability. This kit includes all necessary safety components, including a restraining cable to protect your plumbing infrastructure.
Technician’s Note: When installing a 24" kit, the plumbing rough-in must be accurately placed to avoid over-stretching the hose. Anchor the restraining cable to a structural point and ensure it is shorter than the hose. Inspect the quick disconnect monthly; the internal thermal shut-off is a critical safety feature that requires a clean, unobstructed coupling to function correctly.
