The kit features a manual shut-off ball valve for emergency safety and a 90-degree elbow to assist in low-profile routing. Maintenance Tip: Keep the manual ball valve accessible for rapid shut-off. Check the restraining cable (included) monthly to ensure it is anchored securely to both the wall and the appliance. A 72" hose allows for significant movement; ensuring the cable stops movement before the hose reaches its limit is the best way to prevent catastrophic gas line failure.
