The T&S Brass HG-2E-48S is engineered to eliminate the primary cause of gas hose failure: torsional stress. Featuring a 1" NPT diameter and a 48" reach, this hose is equipped with SwiveLink Free Spin fittings that allow the hose to rotate independently of the appliance connection. This ensures the internal stainless steel braid never kinks or twists when equipment is pulled out for cleaning. Built for high-BTU industrial environments, it provides a safe and permanent fuel link that resists the rigors of heavy commercial use.
Maintenance Tip: Keep the SwiveLink fittings clean of carbon and grease buildup to ensure they continue to rotate freely. If a fitting becomes seized, it can put stress on the internal braid. Periodically check the outer antimicrobial jacket for integrity; if any of the stainless braid is exposed, the hose should be replaced immediately.
