The T&S Brass HG-4E-60SEL is the industrial standard for 1" gas connections in commercial kitchens. This 60" connector offers the flexibility needed for moving cooking equipment during maintenance and sanitation cycles. It features a Quick-Disconnect for safe tool-free detachment and integrated SwiveLink fittings that allow the hose to rotate 360 degrees, preventing braid fatigue. The kit includes a manual gas ball valve and a restraining cable, providing all necessary components for a safe, code-compliant installation of mobile high-BTU appliances.
Maintenance Tip: Grease accumulation is the primary enemy of gas connectors. Periodically wipe down the outer protective coating of the hose to keep it flexible. Check the quick-disconnect "O" rings annually for signs of wear; T&S connectors are built to last, but the seals are the most critical point for preventing slow leaks.
