The T&S Brass HG-4F-36SEL is a high-performance 36" gas connector engineered for heavy-duty appliances. Built with a 1-1/4" NPT diameter, it is designed to maintain high BTU flow even under peak demand. The kit features SwiveLink fittings for full rotation, a quick-disconnect for safe equipment service, and an integrated manual ball valve for emergency gas shut-off. Paired with a 90-degree elbow and a restraining cable, this kit provides a professional, code-compliant connection for stationary or mobile commercial cooking equipment.
Maintenance Tip: Keep the manual ball valve clear of obstructions. In commercial kitchens, grease can accumulate behind equipment; periodically clean the ball valve handle to ensure it can be operated rapidly in an emergency. The restraining cable should be installed with about 6 inches of slack to prevent accidental stress on the fittings.
