The Grainfather G30 Rolled Edge Perforated Top Plate is intended to replace the top plate that comes in the standard Grainfather G30 packaging.
The rolled-edges provide a better brewing experience by eliminating the need for a silicone ring on the grain plates, which allows the user to more easily insert the perforated top plate into the mash basket.

Instructions:
Use the Rolled Edge Perforated Top Plate on your Grainfather G30 to sit on top of the mash as you would with the original plate.
