By adjusting the flow control handle to increase restriction, you can pour highly carbonated brands or fill sampler flights and growlers without excessive waste. When using the creamer function, ensure the flow control lever is at least partially open; pushing back on a fully restricted valve can cause a pressure spike that may lead to "burping" or inconsistent foam density.
