This ensures the tap never sticks and reduces bacterial growth. Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, it is 100% flavor-neutral and will never pit or corrode. NSF Listed for food safety in the busiest commercial environments.
Draft Tech Tip: Forward-sealing faucets are ideal for occasional use, as they do not "stick" even after several days of inactivity. The 304SS construction is safe for wine, cider, and high-acid craft beers. To maintain a perfect pour, disassembles the faucet weekly and clean the internal plunger and spout with a specialized faucet brush and BLC. Periodically lubricate the internal O-rings with food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel).
