The FlashChill 75 is a high-efficiency ice-bank cooling system designed for medium-volume beverage service. Capable of chilling 1 to 3 independent lines (Beer, Water, or Syrup), it uses a powerful refrigeration cycle to create a internal ice bank, providing rapid "flash-cooling" as the beverage travels through the stainless steel coils. This 115V unit is perfect for restaurants and cafes that need to serve ice-cold beverages without the footprint of a large walk-in cooler. It ensures consistent serving temperatures even during heavy usage periods.
Technician's Note: The FlashChill unit must be filled with distilled water to create the ice bank; check the water levels monthly to ensure the cooling coils remain submerged. Use a 20-30% food-grade Propylene Glycol mix if the unit is located in an unconditioned space. Ensure there is at least 12 inches of clearance around the ventilation slats for optimal heat exchange.
