The FermZilla 60L All-Rounder is a high-capacity, pressure-rated PET fermenter designed for 10-12 gallon batches. This versatile vessel allows you to ferment, carbonate, and serve beer from a single container. Capable of handling pressures up to 35 PSI, it enables "pressure fermentation" to reduce ester production and perform oxygen-free transfers to kegs. The wide 4.75" opening ensures easy cleaning, and the high-clarity PET material allows you to monitor the entire fermentation process in real-time.

Fermentation Pro-Tip: To ferment under pressure, you must use the FermZilla Pressure Kit (sold separately). When cleaning, never use water hotter than 122°F (50°C), as high heat can warp the PET. Use a soft cloth to avoid scratching the interior walls, as scratches can harbor bacteria that lead to infections.
