Wide-mouth lids can be difficult to grip, especially when wet or under slight pressure; this heavy-duty plastic wrench fits the lid's ridges perfectly, ensuring you can achieve an airtight seal for fermentation and easily open it for cleaning. It is an essential tool for any brewer using the FerMonster system.

Maintenance Pro-Tip: To make the lid even easier to open and close, always apply a light film of food-grade silicone grease (Keg Lube) to the lid's O-ring. Use the opener to ensure the lid is snug, but do not over-torque, as the O-ring provides the seal—not the tightness of the threads. Store the wrench near your fermentation area for easy access on brew day.
