This 5 lb bulk container is the most cost-effective solution for professional breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Fermax provides essential nitrogen (DAP) and micronutrients that are often missing in high-adjunct worts or refined sugar washes, preventing stuck fermentations and reducing sulfur off-flavors.
Commercial Usage Tip: Standard dosage is 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons of wort. For high-gravity ferments (over 1.080 OG) or nutrient-poor meads, follow a staggered nutrient addition (SNA) schedule to maintain yeast health through the entire fermentation cycle. Store the pail in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping.
