The T&S Brass EW-7612 is a versatile emergency eyewash unit designed for professional laboratories and industrial sinks. This station features a Swing-Away design, which allows the eyewash to be tucked away when not needed, keeping the sink area clear for standard tasks. In an emergency, pulling the unit forward over the sink basin automatically activates the flow or allows for rapid manual engagement. It features dual aerated spray heads for a safe and effective eye rinse. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome-plated brass, it is built for long-term reliability in corrosive environments.
Maintenance Pro-Tip: The swing mechanism contains internal seals that should be inspected annually. If the unit becomes stiff to pivot, apply a small amount of food-grade silicone grease to the swivel joint. Ensure the unit is mounted far enough from the faucet to prevent the spray heads from striking the faucet spout during emergency deployment.
