Technician’s Note: EverSteel units are preferred in coastal areas or facilities with hard water where standard chrome-plating often fails. The Cerama cartridges are designed for high-heat environments and offer a positive "off" feel that reduces the chance of handle-wear compared to traditional compression cartridges.
