Technician’s Note: The 5SV is the primary replacement valve for Equip series pre-rinse units. Its modular design ensures that external wear components can be serviced easily. Periodically clear the spray face of mineral scale to maintains the pattern. The insulated handle provides superior user safety from high-heat supply lines. During installation, use a high-quality plumbing gasket to ensures a watertight seal with standard reinforced hoses. Always flush building supply lines monthly.
