Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, it is 100% flavor-neutral and exceptionally easy to sanitize. With a 9.25-gallon total capacity, it provides ample headspace for 5-6 gallon batches, featuring a domed lid and a high-clearance ball valve for clear transfers.

Fermentation Pro-Tip: The digital controller allows you to set your target temperature to within 1 degree. For the best accuracy, use the included thermowell to ensures the probe measures the temperature of the beer, not the air. While the unit heats efficiently, it does not include active cooling; for lagering in summer, we recommend using this in conjunction with a fermentation chamber or glycol jacket.
