Technician's Note: When installing horizontally, ensure the flat side of the reducer is facing down to facilitate full drainage. This is critical for preventing bacterial growth in stagnant liquid pockets. Use standard 2" and 1.5" TC gaskets and clamps (sold separately) for a tool-free, sanitary connection. The polished internal finish meets 3-A standards for food-contact surfaces.
