The T&S Brass B-0113-B8P-LB Pre-Rinse Riser Assembly is a specialized high-performance component designed for the rapid restoration or upgrade of professional scullery stations. This unit features a heavy-duty Pull-Down riser assembly and a 30-inch reinforced stainless steel flex hose. It is equipped with a specialized Spray Valve Swivel to prevents hose kinking and a 6" wall bracket. Sold Less Base (LB), it allows maintenance departments to integrate high-quality T&S pull-down hardware onto existing single-hole manifolds in hospital clinical labs and industrial kitchens.
Technician’s Note: Pull-down assemblies are essential for upgrading older spring-action stations to modern ergonomic standards—ensure the manifold interface is cleaned before installation. The spray valve swivel significantly reduces operator fatigue and hose kinking. Periodically clear the spray head of mineral scale to maintains a steady pattern. During setup, ensures the unit and wall bracket are anchored firmly into the existing manifold and structural framing. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally resistant to grease.
