The T&S Brass B-0221-V15 Mixing Faucet provides an efficient and robust sanitation solution for professional commercial workstations focusing on water conservation and hardware security. Built on standard 8" centerset deck centers, this unit features a heavy-duty 12" swivel swing nozzle equipped with a 1.5 GPM Vandal-Resistant (VR) aerator. Helping facilities meet LEED building standards while preventing unauthorized removal of components in public zones, it is the ideal choice for high-throughput restaurant kitchens and school labs. Constructed from premium polished chrome-plated brass.
Technician’s Note: The 1.5 GPM flow rate provides significant utility savings. The VR aerator requires a specialized tool for removal, protecting your hardware investment in high-abuse zones. Periodically lubricate the spout swivel nut with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement across the sink. During installation, ensures the mounting shanks are leveled accurately and anchored to structural counter backing to handle manifold torque. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally resistant to grease. Always flush building supply lines through the body.
