Capable of delivering a massive 210,000 BTU of heat, it can bring 20+ gallons of water to a boil in record time. The heavy-duty cast iron burner head provides a large flame spread for even heating, while the reinforced steel stand is built to support the weight of the largest brew kettles and stockpots. Includes a high-pressure regulator and braided hose.
Brewery Safety Tip: Always use this burner in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Because of its high output, it can consume a 20 lb propane tank quickly during a long boil. Adjust the air shutter on the burner to achieve a clean blue flame; a yellow flame is inefficient and will blacken the bottom of your kettle with soot.
