The Assurance Valve "Eliminator" 4-Cylinder Automatic CO2 Changeover is the industry's most reliable failsafe for continuous gas supply. Engineered with a patented non-electric design, this system automatically switches from a primary "bank" of two cylinders to a reserve bank as soon as the pressure drops to approximately 185 PSI. This ensures that your draught beer, soda fountains, or CO2-enriched environments never experience a service interruption, even during peak hours when a tank might run dry.

Constructed from high-grade brass and stainless steel components, the Eliminator is built for longevity and is backed by an incredible 20-year manufacturer warranty. Because it is entirely mechanical, there are no solenoids to fail and no electrical connections required—making it immune to power outages. The system comes complete with four 4-foot high-pressure hoses (CGA-320), allowing you to manifold four large CO2 cylinders together for a massive gas reserve that minimizes the frequency of tank swaps.

The "Locked-In" Setup: To operate the Eliminator correctly, turn on the cylinders you want to use FIRST. The internal valve will "lock in" to that side. Then, turn on the reserve cylinders. Pro-Tip: When replacing empty tanks, you can swap them without turning off the system. The Eliminator keeps the reserve side open while you refresh the exhausted side, ensuring zero downtime. For maximum safety, always mount the valve body at least 10" above the cylinder valves to prevent liquid CO2 from entering the regulator.
