This 4" deck-mount faucet utilizes an advanced infrared electronic sensor and includes an integrated EC-TMV Thermostatic Mixing Valve. This safety combination ensures that water is delivered at a controlled, anti-scald temperature, promoting maximum user safety and hygiene. Equipped with a heavy-duty cast brass spout, it meets the strict sanitation and durability requirements of hospitals, schools, and high-traffic public washrooms.
Technician’s Note: The integrated TMV blends hot and cold water under the sink; ensure it is calibrated during installation while the sensor is activated (typically set to 105°F). Above-deck electronics simplify sensor adjustment and battery changes. Flush all supply lines thoroughly through the base before final connection to the internal solenoid to prevent line debris from causing clogs.
