The T&S Brass ChekPoint EC-3130-LN is a heavy-duty above-deck sensor faucet base designed for maximum flexibility in commercial installations. Featuring Above-Deck Electronics (ADE), it places all critical maintenance components on the sink surface for rapid access. This unit is sold Less Gooseneck (LN), allowing facilities managers to select the precise spout height and reach required for their specific basins. Built with polished chrome-plated brass, it provides a sanitary and reliable touchless foundation for schools, municipal buildings, and industrial facilities.
Maintenance Tip: Above-deck electronics significantly reduce the labor required for battery changes and sensor maintenance. When pairing with a spout, we recommend utilizing a T&S 0.5 GPM or 1.5 GPM aerated nozzle to maintain water conservation standards. Ensure the mounting shank is tightened firmly to the deck to prevent the fixture from rotating during use.
