The Carlisle 31" Oval Serving Tray is a massive, professional-grade tool for banquet and high-volume restaurant service. Constructed from heavy-duty fiberglass, it is exceptionally durable and resistant to warping under heavy loads. The Griptite™ non-skid surface ensures that plates and glassware stay securely in place even when the tray is wet or tilted, reducing breakage and improving server efficiency. The classic brown finish and oversized design make it ideal for delivering multiple entrees at once.
Service Tip: The fiberglass construction is dishwasher safe and heat-resistant up to 275°F, but for the longest life of the non-skid surface, we recommend hand-washing with a soft brush. Ensure the tray is completely dry before stacking to prevent the non-skid rubber from bonding to the bottom of the tray above it.
