Scratches in plastic are the #1 hiding place for bacteria and wild yeast; this brush allows you to thoroughly scrub away krausen and sediment while protecting the smooth internal finish of your vessel for many batches to come.

Brewery Maintenance Tip: For the best results, soak your carboy in a warm solution of PBW for 30 minutes before brushing. This softens the soil, requiring less physical force. The angled brush head is designed to reach the shoulders and bottom corners of standard 5 and 6-gallon carboys. Always rinse the brush and hang it to dry after use to prevent bacterial growth on the bristles.
