Sanitation Pro-Tip: Use one tablet per 2.5 gallons of water to achieve the required 100ppm available chlorine. For beer and wine equipment, ensure you rinse thoroughly with potable water after the 2-minute contact time, as residual chlorine can lead to phenolic "plastic" off-flavors in the finished beverage.
