Briess Victory® Malt is a specialty biscuit-style malt that provides a clean, toasted bread aroma and flavor. Kilned to 28° Lovibond, it adds a warm, orange hue to the beer and is famous for its "nutty" and "bready" profile without adding significant sweetness. It is an essential component for American Brown Ales, Porters, and Ambers, helping to build a complex malt backbone and improving head retention.

Brewery Recipe Tip: Use Victory® malt at 5-15% of the total grist. It does not contain any diastatic power, so it must be mashed with base malts. If you are looking for that classic "baking bread" aroma in your brewery, this is the grain to use. It pairs exceptionally well with East Kent Golding or Willamette hops.
