Briess CBW® Pale Ale DME is a 100% pure malt extract produced from a blend of Base Malt and Caramel 10L. This 50 lb bulk bag is the most economical choice for professional breweries and high-volume homebrewers. It provides a rich, malty foundation with a golden color of approximately 4 SRM (reconstituted). It is the definitive choice for brewing Pale Ales, IPAs, and Amber Ales, offering excellent fermentability and a balanced malt flavor. As a dry malt extract, it provides a consistent, fresh wort character with every batch.

Brewery Tip: Pale Ale DME is ideal for creating high-gravity yeast starters or for boosting the gravity of an all-grain batch. To prevents clumping and "DME clouds," whisk the extract into warm strike water before bringing the kettle to a boil. Store the bulk bag in a cool, dry place and ensure it is tightly sealed to prevents it from hardening due to moisture absorption.
