The BrewDemon Replacement Spigot is a high-quality, food-grade plastic faucet designed specifically for BrewDemon conical fermenters. This durable spigot allows for easy, controlled transfers and bottling directly from the vessel. Its tapered nozzle fits standard 3/8" ID tubing, and the internal seal is engineered to prevent leaks during the long weeks of fermentation. It disassembles easily for thorough cleaning and sanitation between batches.
Installation Tip: When installing the spigot into your fermenter, ensure the gaskets are placed correctly—one on the inside and one on the outside of the vessel wall. Hand-tighten the nut only; over-tightening can deform the gaskets and cause slow leaks. Always perform a leak test with water before filling your fermenter with precious wort.
