Capping Pro-Tip: Bolt the capper to a heavy piece of plywood or your workbench to ensure it doesn't tip during high-speed bottling. To switch between bell sizes, simply unscrew the capping head. Apply a tiny amount of food-grade grease to the internal bell once a year to prevent the metal from sticking to the newly-formed bottle cap.
