The T&S Brass B-0289 Spray Assembly provides an elite combination of high-volume filling and high-impact rinsing for professional scullery stations. Built on standard 8" wall-mount centers with the Big-Flo manifold, this unit features a heavy-duty 18" add-on faucet for standard basin tasks. It is equipped with a specialized angled spray valve and reinforced flex hose for targeted washdown. Constructed from premium materials for extreme industrial longevity in stadiums, processing plants, and high-throughput cafeteria kitchens.
Technician’s Note: The Big-Flo series facilitate maximum throughput for rapid container filling, while the spray assembly provides the mechanical rinsing power needed for aggressive soil removal. During installation, ensures the manifold is anchored firmly to structural wall backing to manage the torque of the 18" nozzle and the dynamic load of the pressurized hose. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally resistant to grease and high-heat sanitizing. Always use high-quality thread sealant on connections.
