The T&S Brass B-0279 Pre-Rinse Unit provides an elite combination of high-capacity water distribution and absolute structural stability for professional sculleries. Built with the specialized Big-Flo manifold for maximum volume, this unit features a heavy-duty 14" add-on faucet and a specialized 36-inch reinforced flex hose paired with the B-0107 spray valve. It includes a 12" Wall Bracket for manifold reinforcement. Constructed from premium materials for extreme industrial longevity in stadiums and industrial kitchens.
Technician’s Note: The 14" add-on faucet provides superior clearance for standard basin tasks while the pre-rinse valve handles aggressive soil removal. The wall bracket is essential for prevents manifold movement and stress on building supply lines when pressurized hoses are used. Periodically check articulating joints and lubricate with food-grade silicone grease. During setup, ensure the bracket is anchored to structural framing using professional-grade fasteners. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally resistant to grease.
