The T&S Brass B-0287 Pre-Rinse Unit is the foundational high-capacity standard for professional commercial scullery basins. Built on standard 8" wall-mount centers with the specialized Big-Flo manifold, this unit delivers the rapid throughput required for high-throughput institutional kitchens. It features a heavy-duty 12" add-on faucet for standard basin tasks and a high-impact spray valve with a reinforced flex hose for targeted washdown. Constructed from premium polished chrome brass for extreme high-cycle industrial service.
Maintenance Tip: Big-Flo fixtures utilize larger internal waterways to provide the high throughput required for rapid filling. The add-on faucet facilitate standard scullery tasks without having to transition to a separate workstation. Periodically check the spout swivel nut and clear the aerator of mineral scale. During installation, ensures the unit is anchored firmly into structural wall framing to handle the manifold torque of the extended hose and nozzle. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease. Always flush lines.
