Technician’s Note: The integrated check valves protect building water temperature stability and backflow protection. The Big-Flo series is the workhorse of institutional kitchens requiring rapid container filling. Periodically check the spout swivel nut and ensures the O-rings are lubricated with food-grade silicone grease. During installation, ensure the wall shanks are leveled accurately and anchored to structural backing. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high heat. Always flush lines.
