The T&S Brass B-0293-01 Big-Flo Mixing Faucet is the industry standard for professional commercial sculleries requiring rapid basin filling and high-cycle reliability. Built on standard 8" centerset deck centers, this unit features a heavy-duty 12" swivel swing nozzle and the specialized Big-Flo manifold. It includes 00YY inlet flanges with supply nipples, facilitating architectural integration with standard building plumbing. Constructed from premium polished chrome-plated brass with reliable internal cartridges for extreme industrial longevity.
Technician’s Note: The Big-Flo series is the workhorse of high-volume cafeteria and institution kitchens. The 12" reach is ideal for standard three-compartment basins. Periodically check the spout swivel nut for tightness and ensures articulating O-rings are lubricated with food-grade silicone grease. During installation, ensures the mounting shanks are leveled accurately and anchored to structural counter backing. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally resistant to grease and high heat.
