Technician's Note: While "inclined" racks are popular for gravity-fed systems, this "Flat" rack is the preferred choice for gas-driven BIB pump systems (like Shurflo or Flojet). A flat surface ensures the internal bag collapses evenly, maximizing syrup yield and preventing "short-pumping" caused by air pockets. To maintain a sanitary environment, we recommend wiping down the metal rungs weekly to prevent "syrup glue" from bonding the box to the rack, which can make mid-shift box swaps difficult.
