Bev-Seal Ultra® Series 235 is the industrial choice for flavor-neutral beverage distribution. This 5/16" ID tubing features a specialized copolyester inner liner that acts as an absolute flavor barrier, ensuring zero "plastic" off-flavors in your beer, wine, or soda. It is exceptionally resistant to stress-cracking and oxygen ingress. The 5/16" ID allows for high-volume flow over medium runs, making it ideal for gas supply lines or liquid trunk lines in commercial draft systems.
Installation Note: Series 235 poly tubing is more rigid than standard vinyl. It is best used with push-fit fittings (like John Guest) or compression fittings. If using barbs, you must soak the ends in boiling water for 60 seconds to soften the liner before pushing onto the barb. Always secure with an Oetiker stepless clamp for permanent reliability.
