Bev-Seal Ultra® Series 235 is the industrial gold standard for flavor-neutral beverage distribution. This 3/8" ID tubing features a specialized copolyester inner liner that provides a 100% flavor barrier, ensuring that wine, beer, and soda never pick up "plastic" off-flavors. It is exceptionally resistant to chemicals, stress-cracking, and O2 ingress. The 3/8" ID allows for high-flow rates over medium to long runs in commercial draft systems.
Installation Note: Series 235 poly tubing is more rigid than standard vinyl. It is best used with push-fit fittings (like John Guest). If using barbs, you must soak the ends in near-boiling water for 60 seconds to soften the liner before pushing onto the barb. Always secure with an Oetiker stepless clamp for permanent reliability.
