Maintenance Tip: Twist waste valves eliminate the need for manual reaching into hot or contaminated wastewater. Regularly clear the internal strainer of food debris to prevent clogs and ensure a complete shut-off. If the drain begins to seep, inspect the internal O-ring and plunger assembly—these parts are fully replaceable with standard T&S maintenance kits. Polished stainless steel strainer is resistant to frequent chemical disinfection.
