Technician’s Note: Overflow assemblies are mandatory in many municipal codes for scullery sinks to prevent slip hazards from basin overfill. During installation, ensure the overflow tubing is routed with a consistent downward slope to the drain body. Use a high-quality plumbing sealant on the 3-1/2" flange to ensure a leak-proof basin seal. The 3" extension provides a comfortable reach for operators while maintaining a low-profile installation.
