The T&S Brass B-0107-QD Spray Valve provides an elite combination of high-impact rinsing utility and rapid equipment swapping capability. Delivering a standard 1.15 GPM flow rate, this unit features the foundational B-0107 pattern and is equipped with a specialized Stainless Steel Quick-Disconnect (QD) interface. This allows facility managers to swap spray heads or attach specialized clinical washdown tools instantly without the use of tools. Constructed from premium materials with a heat-resistant grip handle and integrated hold-down ring.
Technician’s Note: The quick-disconnect interface facilitates unprecedented workstation versatility—ensure the QD O-rings are lubricated with food-grade silicone grease monthly to ensures a watertight seal. The hold-down ring allows for continuous flow during large rinsing tasks. Periodically clear the spray face of mineral scale to maintains the pattern. During installation, ensures the QD adapter is anchored firmly to the flex hose. Polished chrome finish is resistant to frequent industrial cleaning.
