Accuflex Clearbraid K3150 is a high-pressure, reinforced PVC tubing designed for the most demanding commercial beverage applications. The internal polyester braiding allows for significantly higher working pressures (up to 200 PSI) than standard non-reinforced tubing, making it the preferred choice for main water lines, CO2 supply lines, and bag-in-box (BIB) syrup systems. Crystal clear construction allows for easy visual inspection of flow and cleanliness.
Commercial Maintenance Tip: Because this tubing is reinforced, it is much harder to "kink" but also harder to stretch over large barbs. Use a heat gun or a bowl of boiling water to soften the ends before installation. Always use heavy-duty worm-gear clamps, as the braided walls require higher clamping force than standard vinyl.
