Accuflex Clearbraid K3150 is a high-pressure, reinforced PVC tubing designed for the most demanding beverage and water applications. This 3/16" ID tubing features an internal polyester braid that provides superior burst strength while maintaining the flexibility of vinyl. Crystal clear for easy visual inspection, it is NSF-51 certified and ideal for high-pressure CO2 lines or liquid lines in commercial draught systems where standard vinyl might expand.
Draft Balancing Tip: 3/16" ID tubing provides approximately 3 PSI of resistance per foot. This reinforced version allows for higher working pressures (up to 250 PSI) than standard non-braided lines. To ensure a leak-proof seal on barbs, soak the end of the tubing in hot water for 60 seconds before installation. Always use heavy-duty Oetiker or worm-gear clamps.
