The thick 5/8" OD wall provides excellent thermal stability and high burst strength. NSF-51 and NSF-61 certified, it is the industrial choice for wine-on-tap and high-end draught beer systems where flavor integrity is paramount.
Installation Note: Silver series tubing is more rigid than standard vinyl to maintain its high O2 barrier. For the best seal, use John Guest push-fit fittings or soak the ends in hot water for 60 seconds before pushing onto 3/8" barbs. Always secure with an Oetiker stepless clamp for permanent reliability in pressurized draught systems.
