Abstrax® Quantum Series CIT is a revolutionary, CO2-extracted hop oil designed to provide the clean, punchy citrus and tropical aromatics of Citra® hops without the bulk or trub of pellets. This highly concentrated extract delivers consistent flavor and aroma profile while significantly improving brewery yields. Being 100% soluble, it can be added during the whirlpool or post-fermentation for a vibrant, biotransformation-friendly "juicy" character in IPAs and Sours.
Brewery Usage Tip: Hop extracts are extremely potent—dosage should be calculated based on the desired IBU or aromatic intensity. For the "freshest" aroma, add Quantum CIT directly to the bright tank or during the dry-hop phase. Using extract reduces the vegetable matter in your fermenter, leading to less beer loss and faster turnaround times. Store in a cool, dark place for maximum shelf life.
